Marketing Representative:


​We are in the market for a great marketing representative. Candidate must be willing to travel the state of Texas. Candidate must be excellent with people and amazing with words! Experience in business/marketing, home health care case management, home health care case worker or at least one year of experience.




Currently hiring for the following positions:

CNA's

CNA's assist patients with daily activities and while some CNA's have additional responsibilities, such as medication reminder, the core functions on the job includes but not limited to:


Bathe and dress patients
Meal preparation
Turn or reposition patients who are bedridden
Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from supervisor
Assist with mobility
Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc.
Examine patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries/wounds
Clean and sanitize patient areas
Assist with laundry

Provide companionship

Field Supervisors


This position will be a full-time (40 hours per week) position. The ideal candidate must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, have the ability to effectively supervise, demonstrate good judgment and communicate well both verbally and in writing. Must have the ability to function independently, organize, and prioritize while using good decision making skills. Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions. Must be willing to travel to 8 different counties & have reliable transportation. Must have experience caring for people with various needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all new cases are open to company policy
Complete necessary paperwork
Serve as a preceptor in the field for all field staff
Report/address any field activity that falls below expectations 
Be available to take call as directed by the Manager
Responsible for field visits
Develops and maintains relationships with clients
Other duties assigned by the Supervisor


MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age: Must be minimum 18 years of age.
Education/Licensure: High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum one (1) to three (3) years’ experience working in the field as an aide.
